Title: Call for Papers - 4th International Conference on Public Policy

Deadline: 30th January 2019

The International Public Policy Association (IPPA) invites paper proposals for the forthcoming 4th International Conference on Public Policy (ICPP), the world leading academic conference on Public Policy. The general conference will take place on June 26-28, 2019 at Concordia University, Montreal.

The call for Papers is now open until 30th January 2019. The ICPP panels invite theoretical, methodological and/or empirical papers on Public Policy to respond to their research questions. You can browse the list of 185 panels to find the panel to which your paper belongs. Read carefully the objectives of the panel and its Call for Papers to grasp the research questions proposed by the panels chairs.

To submit a paper, please follow these steps:

Log-in to your account (or create one if you haven't done so previously).

Go to one of these submission pages (2 possible ways) by going to the Conference page and click on the "submit a paper" button  or, alternatively, by going to the list of panels page and then click on the "submit a paper for this panel" button

Fill the form on the website with the following information:

Enter the email addresses of the potential co-authors of your paper. Your co-authors must have created an account before you submit your proposal

Choose or confirm your panel choice from the list of panels

Type in the title of your paper

Add an abstract of the paper (300 to 500 words) explaining your paper project, your research question, your methodology and how it fits with the panel research question

Each author should propose a maximum of 2 proposals. As the abstract must attempt to answer the issues highlighted as research questions in the panel, the same proposal cannot be sent to two different panels, but to the most relevant one. All proposals which are found to be in duplicate or more will be deleted before the selection process.

Please note that Master's students cannot propose papers. Having a PhD or being PhD candidate is the minimum requirement. Please also note that no paper proposal should be sent via email to the panel chairs or IPPA team.

For all information and instructions on submitting a paper proposal, visit our dedicated FAQs page or send us an email at icpublicpolicy@gmail.com .

The final list of selected paper proposals will be announced on 15th February 2019.
