About the Organization

IIM Lucknow Enterprise Incubation Centre (IIML EIC) is one of the leading business incubators, serving as the innovation and entrepreneurship arm of India's one of the most prestigious business institutes— Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. Established as a Not-For-Profit company, IIML EIC is supported by the National Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTEDB), Department of Science & Technology, Government of India, and the Government of Uttar Pradesh under StartInUP initiative.

Since its inception, IIML EIC serves as a catalyst for entrepreneurship, and provides strategic guidance, mentoring, funding and resources to early-growth stage startups for successful commercialisation of technology/product through a combination of various startup engagement programs. Currently, IIML EIC holds a portfolio of 300+ startups with a strong focus on entrepreneurship, innovation and impact.

About the Fellowship

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women is designed to provide the essential tools, skills, and networks to help you scale your business. Since 2008, the program has reached over 200,000 women globally and supported over 3,800 women-led businesses in India.

A Journey towards Growth: Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women is meticulously structured initiative to build strong strategic, financial, and operational capabilities, taught by world-class faculty.

Modules provide practical frameworks for financial management, marketing, negotiation, and leadership, with a focus on fostering innovation and operational excellence.

The program is delivered in partnership with India’s most prestigious institutions for management education:

• Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad
• Indian Institute of Management Bangalore
• Indian Institute of Management Lucknow

Curriculum:

Taught by world-class faculty, the curriculum is structured to build strong strategic, financial, and operational capabilities.

Modules will include education on financial management, marketing, negotiation and leadership, with a focus on fostering innovation and operational excellence.

Featuring over 100 hours of learning, including three in-person teaching weeks, the program will help you use tools and techniques to analyze your business opportunities, develop a business growth plan, and implement that strategy directly into your business.

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women is designed for ambitious women who are the primary decision-makers in their businesses. Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Owner or co-owner of the venture
• Business operational for at least one year
• Annual turnover more than ₹30 lakhs
• A minimum of 3 employees
• Must not be a previous graduate of 10,000 Women
