As a capacity-building NGO, we support local nonprofits and community-based organizations to grow stronger, more resilient, and more impactful. Our work is grounded in the belief that the people closest to the challenges are also closest to the solutions—and they deserve the tools, knowledge, and partnerships to thrive.
About the Fellowship
The SparkUp Initiative is a transformative capacity-building program designed to strengthen women-led organizations by equipping them with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed in fundraising.
This global initiative supports women-led organizations across all sectors—whether you’re working in education, health, gender equity, environmental justice, economic empowerment, policy advocacy, indigenous rights, or any other field.

- Learn how to develop a strong fundraising strategy tailored to their organization
- Build and refine impactful projects and fundraising plans

Eligibility
The SparkUp Initiative is open to:
- Women-led NGOs or grassroots organizations from developing countries in Asia, Africa, and smaller European countries
- Organizations from any sector or thematic area
- Both newly formed and well-established organizations are encouraged to apply
How to Apply
To apply for the SparkUp Initiative, please submit the following documents by 20 December 2025:
- Completed application form
- A one-page concept note describing a project or fundraising idea
- A current CV
- A signed letter confirming that the applicant holds a leadership role in the organization
