Announcing the application process for Batch 2 of 2018-19

The Aritra Program is a 12-month intensive, fast-track leadership learning journey that participants traverse while they continue to work in full-time jobs. Our goal is to accelerate their movement into senior leadership roles.

Aritra equips its Fellows with key organization building skills that will help them drive impactful policies, build strong organizations and create a strong collaborative network of influence. Aritra Fellows will experience a power-packed mélange of residential modules at IIMBangaloreco-anchored by academicians and practitioners, one-on-one coaching, mentoring by social sector leaders, e-learning supplements, peersessions and real-time problem solving exercises.

Aritra aims to build a cadre of senior leaders for India’s social sector who will –

•Build strong organizations

•Create a strong collaborative network of influence

•Ensure sustainable, scalable social impact

Eligibility Criteria:

•Passionate about social change

•A minimum of 8 years of work experience

•At least 5 years in the social sector

•Grass root level experience is critical

•Proven ability to deliver results

•Graduate in any discipline
