Aspiring Minds cordially invites you to be a part of the Aspiring Minds Skill India Fellowship which aims to recognize vocational skills trainers across India. By awarding outstanding trainers, this fellowship would discover and celebrate excellence in skills training to ensure enhanced aspirations and further the national goal of skilling India.

Due to a heavy response rate, the application deadline has been extended to 21st May!

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should be a current trainer in either of the following eight sectors:

• Tourism/Hospitality
• Electronics/IT/Hardware
• Construction
• Automobile/Automotive Components
• Healthcare
• Logistics
• Retail
• Apparel

Candidate should be a currently working Indian National, with a minimum of two years of teaching experience with any registered institution.

Awards for Winners

The top 5 trainers from each sector will be awarded the following prizes:

• 1st Prize: INR 50,000
• 2nd Prize: INR 40,000
• 3rd Prize: INR 30,000
• 4th and 5th Rankers: Consolation Prize

As part of the application process, there will be an online test followed by in-person interviews.

Winners will be felicitated at an award ceremony in New Delhi in the presence of dignitaries and industry leaders.
