About Our Scholarship Program

We at Capital First Limited see education as a catalyst, an agent of change for individuals, families, communities, and nations. In line with our company tagline "Keep Aspiring", Capital First Limited, through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program is providing financial assistance to meritorious students from the economically weaker sections of the society so that they can afford admissions into reputed institutions who offer an MBA degree or its equivalent.

The scholarship program provides access to post secondary education (MBA degree or its equivalent) to eligible applicants who otherwise would not have the financial means to fulfill their educational goals and allows students to extend their reach to some of the best colleges/universities in India regardless of their financial situation.

Scholarship Criteria

We embrace and respect the variety of knowledge, skills and abilities possessed by each of the diverse individuals that apply for the scholarship. We celebrate the diversity in thought and culture and do not discriminate any applicant based on their religion, caste or creed. We believe that our differences allow us to expand our horizons and thus through the medium of this scholarship we wish to make a positive change in the lives of the individuals enrolling for this program.

  • Open for Indian Nationals residing in India only.
  • Gross annual family income from all sources should be less than or equal to Rs.6 Lakhs p.a*
  • Applicable for students enrolled in the batch of 2018-20

Terms & Conditions

  • The Scholarships are open for studies in India and for Indian Nationals only.
  • The Candidates applying for the scholarship under this program should be pursuing MBA and/ or would be applying for MBA during the academic year 2018-19.
  • The amount of Scholarship that will be provided under this program will be a maximum of Rs.1 Lakh per student, per academic year and the scholarship amount will be only towards tuition fees and books.
  • The Gross annual family income, i.e. income of the parents/guardians from all sources should not be more than Rs.6 Lakhs per annum. Students having the lowest family income shall be given preference in the ascending order.
  • Candidates will be required to upload documents, e.g. Income Tax Returns of their parents/guardian(s) or in the alternative, Bank Statements of parents/guardian(s).
  • The final acceptance of the proposed candidates shall be on the basis of internal due diligence and checks done by the CFL Selection Panel and will be at all times subject to its management decision.
