About The Program

Dasra Social Impact Accelerator Program (DSI AP) provides capacity building support to organizations in the growth to scale stage and serves as a platform for sharing knowledge, skills and technical know-how. The overarching goals of DSI AP are to help social organizations strengthen their ability to raise funds for institutional/programmatic support, build an effective communication strategy to articulate growth plans and develop a robust plan to scale their impact. The program offers tools and frameworks to help leaders refine their business plan and also acts as an avenue to exchange ideas, collaborate and create a network of thought partners.

Program Overview

The program has 3 modules and is spread over 6 months. Each module is 4 days long and offers:

• Stimulating group activities that help you apply concepts and brainstorm in a strong peer network
• Interactions with leaders and thought partners in the sector through panel discussions and workshops
• Opportunities to network and pitch your organization to a jury of sector experts, intermediaries and philanthropists

Planning for Scale

​​Apply tools like the Theory of Change and other proven approaches to achieve mission-led, sustainable and impact-oriented growth.

Communicating Impact

Build an effective communication strategy that appeals to multiple stakeholders and strengthens your organization’s support networks.

Fundraising & Collaboration

Understand the fundraising process, design and test an effective fundraising strategy and a winning fundraising pitch.
