Position: Fellow – FPO ScaleX Program

Locations: Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu

(Field-intensive role; extensive on-ground engagement)

Duration: 18 months

Organisations: Samunnati Foundation and Sattva Consulting

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any course, with up to 2 years of academia or work experience in agriculture, rural development, agri-business management or related fields.

About the Program:

The FPO ScaleX Fellowship is a joint initiative of Samunnati Foundation and Sattva Consulting. It supports Farmer Producer Organisations to become commercially strong, member-led, and connected to reliable markets. Fellows receive structured guidance, training, and tools to accelerate the growth and sustainability of the FPOs they work with.
