Zakia Al Mu’een Foundation (ZAM) invites applications for the ZAM AAYUSH Healthcare Fellowship 2025, a six-month, Delhi-based program designed for young professionals passionate about community health, Ayurveda-based interventions, and grassroots healthcare impact.

This fellowship aims to build the next generation of leaders committed to accessible, preventive, and holistic healthcare for underserved communities.

About the Fellowship

• Duration: 6 Months

• Location: New Delhi (field sites + community centres)

• Stipend: A monthly stipend will be provided to all selected fellows

• Mode: Full-time, field-intensive

• Cohort Size: Limited seats

Key Focus Areas

Fellows will work directly on ZAM’s health initiatives under Roshni Zindagi Ki – Ayurveda Apnao, Sehat Banao, including:

• Community AAYUSH healthcare awareness

• Herbal & preventive health promotion

• Organising free AYUSH-based community health camps

• Supporting traditional medicine-based solutions

• Documentation, community outreach & field coordination

• Working with women, children, elderly, and persons with disabilities accessing AAYUSH care

Who Can Apply

• Graduates or final-year students (any discipline; preference for Social Work, Public Health, Ayurveda, or Allied Sciences)

• Strong interest in community health, traditional systems of medicine, and social impact

• Ability to work in field environments across Delhi

• Basic communication and documentation skills

• Commitment to the full 6-month program
