Applications are invited for recruitment of Post-doctoral Fellows under JU-RUSA 2.0 Post-Doctoral Fellowship scheme under Faculty of Science from the candidates who are already awarded PhD degree in Science from any recognized University. The main features of this fellowship scheme are as follows:

Name of the Scheme: JU-RUSA 2.0 Post-Doctoral Fellowship scheme.

No. of Fellowship: 10 (All departments under F.Sc.)

Essential Qualification: Candidate already awarded Ph.D. degree in Science.

Duration: up to 31st March 2020.

Amount of Fellowship: Rs. 50,000.00 per month (consolidated)

Thrust areas: The five research thrust areas for submission of research proposal under RUSA 2.0 are:

• Advanced Materials research
• Translational research
• Smart and Intelligent Cyber
• Physical Systems research
• Research in Sustainable Development
• Studies in the Global South

Interested candidates may apply in the prescribed form which can be obtained from the Information Section of this University. The filled-in application form should be submitted in a closed envelope superscribing the name of the fellowship applied for, along with all self-attested testimonials and a research proposal highlighting the objectives of the research work within 500 words on any one or two (at the most) from amongst the above five research thrust areas in support to the Office of the respective departments within 4th February 2019 before 5:00 p.m
