About the Fellowship-

The one-year MIT Sloan Fellows MBA program attracts high-potential leaders enthusiastic to discover new possibilities for innovation—and action. Academic Experience

The curriculum includes integrating core courses, electives, team projects, and real-world experiences. You’ll broaden your perspective through conversations with global leaders and work with peers from more than 30 nations. You’ll learn from a faculty encompassing experts in fields from entrepreneurship to operations. And you’ll become part of MIT’s own inventive economy—a dynamic, interdisciplinary collective of individuals wired to improve the world.

Who Should Apply

MIT Sloan Fellows are experienced leaders and mid-career professionals with a minimum of 10 years of work experience. They come from 30+ countries seeking an MBA or MS in Management or Management of Technology.

We take great care to make sure that each member of the MIT Sloan Fellows class will bring something exceptional to the program experience. In fact, we consider the quality of the participants and the class dynamic so critical, we spend every fall traversing the globe to meet prospective applicants. Our overarching goal is to bring together a cohort of Fellows that is a microcosm of the global leadership community.

Assess your qualifications

A strong candidate will:

• Have at least 10 years of relevant, post-undergraduate, full-time work experience
• Demonstrate motivation and potential to lead an organization or a new venture and a commitment to leading innovation.
• Push boundaries and tackle challenges that others might think too difficult to achieve.
• Embrace a global perspective.
• Have a valid GMAT, GRE, or Executive Assessment score (taken within the last 5 years).
• Commit to a year of self-reflection and professional growth.
