Inviting Applications for the 7th edition of The F.A.I.R. Project!

The F.A.I.R. Project is a fully funded, experiential leadership programme for young adults aged 18–27, offered by Eight Goals One Foundation (8one) in partnership with Ecocivilisation and the International Centre of Humanity. The programme includes four-weeks of online sessions and two-weeks for on-ground immersion.

At its core, F.A.I.R. is a reflective methodology that helps participants develop a rational, ethical approach to decision-making through dialogue, stakeholder engagement, and self-introspection. The process is anchored in four steps:

F: Fact-Find and Familiarise
A: Advocate for Alternate Viewpoints
I: Introspect
R: Reason and Rationalise

• Age group: 18–27 years
• Qualification: Open to all disciplines
• Programme dates: 11 June – 24 July 2026
• Applications open: 1 February 2026
• Application deadline: 31 March 2026, 11:59 PM
• Fees: Fully-funded
• Cohort Strength: 32 Changemakers
• Format: 4 weeks of online sessions+ 2 weeks of on-ground immersion (from participants’ cities)
• Location: Pan-India
