Over two years, the Transforming India Initiative fellowship programmewill help you transform from an employment seeker to an entrepreneur with a cause. We will also continue to support you for 6 years after that to start up, establish and scale up your enterprise.

Highlights of the Programme:

• Certified by Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA) and Development Management Institute (DMI), Patna
• 4320 hours of Entrepreneurial Practice
• 35 Practitioner Talks, 11 Reflection Workshops and 6 Learning Tours
• Post Fellowship incubation support for 6 years (Funding, Incubation Space, Mentoring, Pilot Testing etc.,)

About ALC India

ALC India is a Hyderabad-based social enterprise established in 2005 to work with economically marginalised communities who battle great odds to eke out fragile livelihoods. To such producers, we offer professional services that they can use to turn the odds in their favour and build livelihoods that are more certain, rewarding, and sustainable.

Today, we partner almost 65,000 marginalized producers, including small and marginal farmers, weavers, tribals and small livestock holders. We work in five states – Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Odisha, and Telangana. We carry out this work as partners of Governments, Collectives, Development Organisations, PSUs like OPGC, and Corporates like Tata Power

 ALC India was recently recognised by the NITI Aayog’sAtal Innovation Mission as an established incubation centre and received scale-up support of Rs. 10 crores.
