ABOUT SBI YOUTH FOR INDIA FELLOWSHIP

SBI Youth for India is a 13 month long programme that enables India's brightest young minds to work on rural development projects with reputed partner NGOs.

Supported by SBI Foundation, the fellowship offers the best platform in the country to follow your heart and help solve rural India’s most pressing challenges.

The SBI Youth for India Programme has been uniquely designed to assist you to transition into a rural environment, assess the ground realities and identify a project which combines your interests, the strengths of the partner NGO and the needs of the community.

ELIGIBILITY

-       Young Professionals / Fresh Graduates

-       Age: 21 to 32 Years

-       Must be a citizen of India

Shortlisted candidates are notified on an ongoing basis during the application period. We continuously engage with shortlisted applicants over an online forum to get to know them better as well as clarify their doubts regarding the Fellowship.

PROGRAMME DETAILS

-       It’s a 13 Months  Fellowship Programme

-       Full-time Commitment

-       Requires you to stay in rural areas near the project site

FELLOWSHIP SUPPORT

-       Includes Stipend to meet living expenses

-       To and fro travel costs of the Fellows from his/her place of residence to project location as well as for training programmes

-       Medical Insurance

-       Mentorship by experienced professionals in the field

-       Access to the Community through well-established Partner NGOs

-       Linkages with premier organizations of the country

Note: Interviews shall be conducted in major metro cities and virtually for applicants based outside India.
