Apply for Acumen India Fellows Program

The Acumen India Fellows program is a one-year fully-funded leadership development program that gives up to 20 individuals from across India the training they need to accelerate their social impact and leadership potential. Our Fellows come from diverse cultural, geographic, and socioeconomic backgrounds and share a commitment to ending poverty in their communities. Fellows remain in their jobs over the year and meet for fiver weeklong seminars focused on strengthening their leadership skills through curated trainings and interactions with social change innovators from across India and the world. Applications close September 1^st.

The Fellows we seek are: 

• Innovators who either started an organization or enterprise, or who are driving change within an existing organization or company
• Men and women of all ages and education levels who are able to participate in a program conducted in English
• Indians who demonstrate a commitment and concrete connection to the region
• Leaders with strong personal integrity, unrelenting perseverance and moral imagination
• Committed individuals ready to undergo an intensiveyear-long personal transformation and leadership journey
