• All papers must follow the paper submission guidelines
• All submitted abstracts/ papers / posters will go through a blind peer review process and accepted manuscripts will be published in conference proceedings. Conference proceeding will be submitted to ISI Thomson Reuters Web of Science for consideration and indexation.

Title: Call for Papers - 25th International Scientific Conference “Research for Rural Development 2019”

Description: The Annual 25th International Scientific Conference “Research for Rural Development 2019” has consistently attracted high quality papers for presentation at Sessions. These are structured so as to give all participants the opportunity to contribute to the primary purpose of the conference, which is discussion of important current issues facing to rural development.

Submission:

• The proceedings should be submitted before 15 March, 2019 electronically (as a Word document) as an e-mail attachment, in following style of manuscript.
• If it is not possible to e-mail the proceeding in the required format, a proceeding copy must be submitted by same deadline.
• Authors submitting a paper do so on the understanding that the work has not been published before.
• The conference organizers reserve the right not to consider any proceedings submitted in an incorrect format or after the closing date. In any case, proceedings will only be included in the programme when the author has registered for the conference before 15 February, 2019.

Title: Call for Papers - “Institutional Challenges and Water Security in Irrigation Systems: Consideration from Climate Change and Population Dynamics

The objectives of the seminar are to:

• provide a knowledge platform to learn, share and disseminate experience and information on local adaptation and resilience of the irrigation systems
• understand the social, economic, financial and technical innovations in irrigation institutions.
• deliberate on the adaptation of appropriate institutions which can meet the challenges brought by climate change and population increase. to assess the climate change impact for right innovative adaptation ,
• make the policy makers, practitioners, researchers and observers of irrigation systems to be adequately informed about the process of institutional adaptation and associated resilience of irrigation community and pursue and push for a learned framework that better serves farmers' irrigation interest and capacity enhancement in the changing climate context.

Submission:

The paper contributors are requested to send their abstracts on the seminar theme and relevant sub-themes at the address given below. The last date of submission of abstract is March 20, 2019. The authors will be informed about the paper selection by March 28, 2019. The full paper should be sent by April 20, 2019.
