ISEC is an All India Institute for Interdisciplinary Research and Training in the Social Sciences. ISEC offers two categories of Ph. D Programme - (a) full time (residential) for students and (b) part-time (nonresidential) for those already in service. Eligibility:

• Full time residential Ph.D. Programme at ISEC normally takes about four years to complete from the date of joining.
