V-Guard donates ambulance to Naga Hospital Authority Kohima

V-Guard Industries Limited today donated an ambulance to Naga Hospital Authority Kohima (NHAK) in commemoration of its 40 anniversary celebration.

V-Guard based in Kochi, Kerala, is a multi-product company of electrical appliances.

This ambulance was donated through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.

Nilotpal Bhattacharjee, Branch in-charge (NE states) V-Guard handed over a bolero ambulance to Dr. Thorhusie Katiry, Managing Director NHAK.

Bhattacharjee said that as part of 40th anniversary celebration of V-Guard, the company gifted 40 ambulances across India to non – profit organizations/ hospitals for emergency medical care and to provide emergency medical care to needy patients on time.

In Northeast, the Company has given six ambulances to Meghalaya, Assam, Sikkim and Nagaland.

Keeping in mind the health requirements of the underprivileged sections of our society, V-Guard has endeavoured in creating awareness of diseases, providing access to primary healthcare with the assurance of timely diagnosis and making the availability of life-saving medication easy for them.

V-Guard offers a range of products from Voltage Stabilizer to Digital UPS, Inverter and Inverter Batteries, Electric Water Heaters, Solar Water Heaters, Domestic Pumps, Agricultural Pumps, Industrial Motors, Domestic Switch Gears, Distribution Boards, Wiring Cables, Industrial Cables, Induction Cooktops, Mixer Grinders, Fans, Rice Cooker, Gas Stoves, Solar Power Systems & Air Coolers.

Meanwhile, Dr. Katiry expressed gratitude to V-Guard for coming forward to help the underprivileged people by donating an ambulance to NHAK.

Terming it as welcome and big step forward, he was hopeful that such facility will go a long way in benefiting many patients who require quick medical services.
