Youth Organisations raise 5 Lakh rupees to fight Covid 19

A group of Ahmedabad-based youth organizations, such as Elixir Foundation, Ahmedabad Global Shapers, CommunicateKaro, Hearty Mart, Amdavad Rockets and HeyHi Foundation, have joined hands to fight Coronavirus by helping those hit by the lockdown.

Formed with the belief of ‘Together we can do more’, the initiative has so far raised over Rs. 5 lakhs, which have been used mainly to provide food and essential items to daily wage labourers, old age homes, and shelter homes. The organizations also built a team of volunteers in no time which ensured that timely help was just a call or message away.
