EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

 

Empanelment of State-Level Training Partners

Sustainable Development Foundation (SDF) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible and experienced organisations to act as State-Level Training Facilitating Agencies for the implementation of a 3-Day Farmer Training Programme.

 

Programme Focus Areas

• Multi-cropping farming practices
• Seasonal crop disease management
• Use of agricultural field implements
• Formation and management of Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs)
• Exposure visits

 

Geographical Coverage

11 States | 55 Districts | 16,500 Farmers | 550 Trainings

 

Project Period

15 January 2026 – 15 March 2026

 

Financial Norms

• Training Cost: ₹4,500 per participant (all-inclusive)
• Security Deposit (EMD): 5% of the state-wise project cost (refundable after successful completion and verification)

 

Eligibility Criteria

• Registered NGO / Trust / Society / Section-8 Company
• Minimum 3 years of experience in agriculture and/or farmer training programmes
• State-level operational presence preferred

 

Selection Process

Selection shall be based on organisational experience, technical capacity, and compliance credentials. SDF reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.

The completed EOI application, along with all required supporting documents and the refundable EMD, must be submitted strictly as per the instructions mentioned in the EOI document.
