Request for Proposal (RFP)

Bids are invited for: Empanelment to provide Corporate Travel & Event Management Services

Ref: AIFT/RFP/DL/2025-26/013

Scope of work:

Selected Agency/ies will be offered to enter into a Service Agreement with the AIFT on below terms, Bidders are request to read the terms and quote accordingly:

1. The Bidder shall provide all type of Travel & Event Management services.
2. The Bidder should be preferably member of TAAI/ Ministry of Tourism or registered with local trade association.
3. Duration of contract shall be of 6/12 months with No minimum business guarantee but not beyond INR 1/2 Crore.
4. Minimum Business Credit Limit: INR 5 Lakh.
5. Provide requested travel support services during & beyond normal working hours.
6. The Agency shall provide MIS (format to be shared upon agency finalization), Invoices & supporting documents on Fortnightly basis.
7. All Payment Terms will be 100% after completion of services within 15 days of undisputed Invoice submission with true and verified supporting documents viz Guest Folio/Back Invoice etc in Hardcopy. TDS as applicable.
8. The service provider shall attend monthly meetings, if called by AIFT, at their own cost.
9. Both the Parties may terminate the Agreement by giving prior notice of 1 (one) month

10.  For any disputes the Jurisdiction will be New Delhi.
