EOI For Implementing Different NGO Scheme In The “National Guideline For Partnership

District Health & family Welfare Samity (RNTCP), Paschim Medinipur inviting "Expression of interest in a prescribed format (enclosed) from financially sound registered Non Government Organization (NGOs) , Public private Partnership (PPP) & Clubs of Paschim Medinipur for implementing different NGO scheme as mentioned in the 'National Guideline for Partnership - 2014' under RNTCP. The details will be available at Notice Board of the office and also in Website www.paschimmedinipur.nic.in and www.wbhealth.gov.in. The decision of the selection committee is final and committee reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason thereof.

To achieve the goal of National Strategic Plan we have to encourage the different NGOs in the district of Paschim Medinipur to work under Revised National Tuberculosis Conhol Programme implementing different NGO schemes is mentioned in the'National Guideline for Partnership -2014" under RNTCP.

New proposed NGO Schemes-

1. ACSM At Community Level (1 scheme)

Eligibility Criteria:

Any registered entity registered under Act of parliament viz. Society registration Act/ Indian Trust Act/Companies Act etc (NGO/ private agency/institution) with capacity to carry out ACSM activity with at least I year experience in social mobilization activities/advocacy/public health/health communication activities and grass root level activities. Local presence and familiarity wlth local culture will be desirable-

ACSM For youth (1 scheme)

Eligibility Criteria:

The PPP partner must be a registered entity with experience of working in public health and presence in the district with focus on advocacy, community mobilization, health campaign and formation of community based organizations (clubs, Mahila Mandal, SHGS etc). Preference would be given to NGOS/PP having prior experience of involving school children and college going youth for advocacy and communication in health program

Improving TB control in Urban Slums (total-2)

Eligibility Criteria:

Any registered Nco/Community based organization/Self-help group/private agency/private practitioners with capacity and commitment to provide sustained support for at least 3 years

Sputum Collection & Transportation (in all NON-DMC PHI: total= 44)

Eligibility Criteria:

Any registered NGO/agency/institution/Diagnostic lab and their collection centre/PPP partner in "underserved" areas with convenient access at appropriate times to the population served.  Underserved areas are defined as those settings with Justifiably difficult access to microscopy services and low level of service delivery. This may be difficulty based on distance, accessibility, poor public transport network connectivity, population characteristics that complicate access to existing DMCS (e,9. a slum All the interested NGO/ Private are hereby invited to express their interest to the above mentioned schemes of Paschim Medinipur District by a Sealed cover to the address mentioned below Within 11/12/2017 up to 5.00 PM by a regular/register post or courier. Name of the scheme to be super scribed on the top of envelop.
