EOI Invited for Providing ICT enabled Aquaculture Support Services

National Fisheries Development Board (NFDB) invites sealed Expression of Interest (EoI) from interested and experienced entrepreneurs/firms/companies/organizations for “Providing ICT enabled Aquaculture Support Services like Farmer Enrolment, Pond Monitoring, Input Distribution, Data Management, Training Schedule Management, Advisory Services and Setup and manage Fish Health Laboratory Services”. Introduction:

National Fisheries Development Board (NFDB), Hyderabad is an autonomous institute under Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries, Government of India established in 2006 with a mandate for promotion and dissemination of fisheries development activities in the country. NFDB proposes to implement the project on Dissemination of Improved fish verities in the aquaculture system through an established “FISH FARMING NETWORK SYSTEM”

Area of Activity:

The proposed project will be taken up across the country in the identified states across the country. Indicative list is provided in Tentative Action Plan Enclosed. 

Eligibility Criteria:

• The bidding applicant should have business track record of 5 years or more.
• The bidding applicant should furnish necessary documents justifying the track record.
• The bidding applicant has to showcase necessary client referrals and resume of skillsets
• The bidding applicant should have completed at least one project similar to the proposed project of NFDB
• The bidding applicant should have experts to handle technical requirements of the proposed project.
• The bidding applicant should not have been blacklisted by any Govt Ministry/ PSUs/ corporates etc.
• The bidding applicant should be able to arrange visit of NFDB committee to their facilities and reference check with their Clients
• The bidding applicant shall have annual turnover of Minimum of Rs 10.00 lakh. And shall submit relevant financial audit documents attested by chartered accountant.

Date of submission of EOI:

• The last date of submission of EoI is 15.01.2018 (1400 hrs.).
• Bid Opening Date & Time is 15.01.2018 (1500 hrs.
