EOI for hiring of NGOs,CBOs to act as 'District Implementation Agency' for Implementation of Link Worker Scheme in 03 districts in Madhya Pradesh

1. The Madhya Pradesh State AIDS Control Society (MPSACS) wish to select qualified and experienced NGOs/CBOs to act as 'District Implementation Agency' to implement the Link Worker Scheme in Tikamgarh, Jabalpur & Bhind districts of Madhya Pradesh.
2. MPSACS invites qualified NGOs/CBOs to submit their 'Expression of Interest' to act as District Implementation Agency' for any one or all or combination of the districts.
3. The organizations are requested to submit their Expression of Interest clearly indicating interest in any one or all or combination of the districts, along with documentary evidences / write-up / brochure etc. in support of the above criteria. The format for EOI policy on conflict of interest & other necessary information can be downloaded from the website www.mpsacsb.org.
4. Deadline for submission of Expression of Interest is 17.30 Hrs. on 25/08/2017 at the address indicated below.
5. It is mandatory to submit the applications only in sealed envelope via registered post or courier before or on closing date as per mentioned in the EOI. The sealed envelope on the top should be clearly marked "Application for LINK WORKER SCHEME".
