EOI invited from reputed manufacturers, authorized dealers for commissioning of Honey Processing Unit

Sealed Tender(s) are invited from only registered dealers/ reputed manufacturers/ authorized suppliers with ISO certified firms for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Honey Processing Unit of capacity 100 kg/per day with electrical and tools on turnkey basis to be installed at TDCCOL Building, Rupali Square, Bhubaneswar, Dist- Khurdha.

The bidder(s) must submit Demand Draft for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only), drawn in favor of “Managing Director”, TDCCOL, payable at Bhubaneswar” towards Earnest Money Deposit (EMD). The Tender must be accompanied with brochure containing technical specification of each equipment of processing unit. The bidder(s) are required to furnish their past experience in supply, installation, testing and commissioning of such processing unit.

Minimum Technical Specifications:

I. Processing capacity per day: 100 KG per day (8 hours)

II. The materials used for honey processing unit shall be Food Grade Quality stainless steel Grade 304 or better.

III. The Honey holding tanks shall be appropriate gauge to withstand pressure/vacuum as applicable and shall not deform under pressure/vacuum. Accordingly the Main tank, Filters, Moisture reduction tank etc shall be made of minimum 2mm thickness 304 grade Stainless Steel.

IV. The minimum 06% reduction of moisture in Honey shall be guaranteed under temperature below 65 degree centigrade and exposure of honey to such temperature for not more that 10 minutes.

V. The plant shall have such arrangement that on completion of process no honey shall remain in the plant.

Eligibility of Bidders

The Bidder must possess the following eligibility criteria & to this effect must produce supportive documents as specified below.

• Bidder should be a registered company/ firm.
• The bids should confirm with the technical specifications mentioned at Para No. - 2.
• Bidders with ISO certification will be given preference.
• Earnest Money Deposit of Rs. 10,000.00 (Rupees Ten Thousand) only in shape of Demand Draft favoring the “Managing Director”, TDCCOL, payable at Bhubaneswar from any nationalized bank has to be submitted along with the documents.
