Expression of Interest (EoI) Office of Development Commissioner, Ministry of MSME, Government of India calls for Expressions of Interest for Empanelment of Non Profit Institution(s) / Pro Bono / CSR Initiatives Organisation(s) to become Programme / Knowledge Partner in various MSME Initiatives.

Scope of Work:

(i) Individual(s) [hereinafter referred as “Resources”] will support entrepreneur(s), in various ways in which they have their strengths and expertise. The Resource shall be empanelled with the Office of Development Commissioner (MSME). The resource may thereafter content development and intend support/ assist the MSME advisory/ awareness campaigns. Support shall include the fields of knowledge, market access, technology, credit and any other services as may be deemed necessary for promotion and development of MSME ecosystem.

The Ministry of MSME may extend such support to the ‘Resource’ as may be mutually agreed from time to time.

The scope would also include such other activities that are incidental to the scope of work spelt out at para (i) above that may be suggested by the Resource

The Resource shall be responsible for executing the work as per the terms of agreement / contract between the parties.

The decision of the Competent Authority shall be final in all the matters relating to scope of work.

The Resource must meet the following eligibility criteria:

(i) The resource must have expertise in the relevant fields associated with the following areas:-

• Motivation programmes for entrepreneurs
• Knowledge support for MSMEs
• Market Access initiatives
• Financial Services Delivery
• Technology services
• Legal services, policy & Governance
• Sectoral Expertise
• Infrastructure / common services / access to resources
• Such other expertise needed for creating supporting ecosystem for MSMEs

(ii) Experience in the respective field may be prescribed by the M/o MSME.

(iii) Prior experience of working on MSME/ enterprise development or related sectors would be desirable.

Period of Engagement:

From the date of signing of the MOU, till it is revoked in writing by either or both the parties.

Financial Engagement:

The engagement would be on Pro bono publico basis throughout the period of the engagement/association. However, work related travel, accommodation and appropriate out of pocket expenses and honorarium would be reimbursed as finalized by the Office of DC( MSME).

Submission of Application:

The Interested Parties shall submit the proposal in sealed envelope superscripted as  “Application for Expression of Interest (EOI) for empanelment of Non Profit Institution(s) / Pro Bono / CSR Initiatives Organisation(s) to become Programme / Knowledge Partner for various MSME Initiatives, in the areas of their expertise/experience.”, giving details as indicated below to
