About Uttarakhand Gramya Vikas Samiti (UGVS)

Uttarakhand Gramya Vikas Samiti (UGVS), registered in 2004 under The Societies Registration Act 1860. This society is promoted by Department of Rural Development, Government of Uttarakhand to undertake implementation of livelihood projects. The society was engaged first in implementation of Uttarakhand Livelihood Improvement Project for Himalayas (ULIPH) from 2004-2012 and subsequently the society has undertake the work of implementing the Integrated Livelihood Support Project (ILSP).

About Integrated Livelihood Support Project (ILSP)

Integrated Livelihood Support Project (ILSP), is a joint initiative of Government of Uttarakhand and International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD) and being implemented in Uttarakhand in 44 blocks of 11 hill districts under the Rural Development department. The overall goal of ILSP is to reduce poverty which would be achieved via the more immediate development objective to "enable rural households to take up sustainable livelihood opportunities integrated with the wider economy".

Submitting an EoI is the first phase in the grant selection process. After evaluating EOIs, the Project will invite organizations that submitted successful EOIs to enter into a second phase of the completion by submitting a full grant application based on the concepts and technical approaches proposed in the EOI. All EOI must be submitted in the following format:
