Expression of Interest (EoI) for CA Services

Background

The American India Foundation Trust (AIFT) is a public charitable trust in India. It advances social and economic change through programs in education, livelihoods, public health, and leadership development. AIFT works with local communities, partners with NGOs to design and pilot solutions, and engages with government institutions to scale proven models.

Purpose

AIFT seeks to identify a service provider that offers taxation, accounting, and Chartered Accountant (CA) services. The selected provider will support financial review, statutory compliance, and related advisory services across AIFT projects and grants.

Scope of Information Requested

This stage is for collecting information from interested firms. AIFT will review the submissions and may issue a detailed Request for Quotation (RFQ) to shortlisted firms based on the specific assignments.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested firms are expected to meet the following:

• Registered CA firm or professional entity in India.
• Valid registration with ICAI.
• Minimum three years of experience in taxation, accounting, and audit-related work for NGOs or similar entities.
• Experience working with donor-funded projects is preferred.
