Expression of Interest (EoI) for the empanelment of NGOs for Digital Financial Literacy Awareness Program (D-FLAP)/Financial Inclusion (FI)
Sammaan Foundation invites Expression of Interest (EoI) from Non-Government Organizations for the execution of one of the project on Digital Financial Literacy. The project is being executed in the States of UP, Bihar and Jharkhand.
Sammaan Foundation is a nonprofit organization empowering vulnerable communities to improve their lives through better health, sustainable livelihood, food security and life skills trainings. Sammaan aims to work towards enabling every person to be able to lead their life with dignity and pride while respecting others in the society. (More details are available at http://sammaan.org)
Deliverables of the Empanelled Organizations:
The empanelled organizations will support a range of activities across Sammaan including, but not limited to, the following:
- Mobilizing unorganized worker/laborer
- Arranging FI training programs and other events on ground
- Develop innovative strategies to sensitize stakeholders in spreading awareness on importance of Financial Inclusion
- Liaison with Banks and other financial institutions at the district/block level especially with public sector banks for fostering the agenda of digital financial literacy/financial inclusion.
- Overseeing and ensuring quality delivery of training content
- Collection field data
- Manage different stakeholders interactions and relationships
- Provide program management support to the team as required
- Other duties as required, including administrative support, to advance program activities
- Scope of deliverables not limited to above.
Criteria for empanelment of NGOs
- Organization must be not-for-profit or community based organizations, registered as a Society, Trust or Section 25 or 8 Company in India
- Organization should not have any political/religious affiliations;
- Organization should not had been debarred, blacklisted by any Government/ Private Organization in India/abroad by any multilateral or international donor agency.
- Organization should not have any pending litigations/cases in any court of India or Abroad
- The organization must have working office in Bihar/Jharkhand/Uttar Pradesh
Application Deadline
The last date for submitting expression of interest (EoI) is 10th February, 2018. Applications received after the above date shall be summarily rejected.
How to Apply
Interested NGOs are expected to share Expression of Interest (EoI) on prescribed format along with necessary documents latest by 5:00 P.M., 10th February 2018 through e-mail at empanelment@sammaan.org with below given Subject;
“Expression of Interest (EoI) for the empanelment of NGOs for Digital Financial Literacy Awareness Program (D-FLAP)/Financial Inclusion (FI)”
The following documents may be submitted along with the application for empanelment.
a) Duly filled Application Form
b) Profile of the NGO
c) Details of experience of conducting trainings specially Financial Inclusion
d) Copy of Registration Certificate
e) Byelaws of the NGO
f) Copy of Pan Card
g) Copy of GST certificate (If Applicable)
h) Bank account details
i) KYC of authorized signatory
j) Copy of 80-G, 12-A, FCRA (If available)
k) Last two years financial audit report.
Other Terms and Conditions:
- The empanelment will be done for twelve months only. The empanelled NGOs will be expected to carry out workshops/training programs under the Digital Financial Literacy Awareness Program by Sammaan Foundation.
- After empanelment with Sammaan Foundation, exact scope of training will be shared with the NGOs and financial proposals will be invited.
- The work will be allotted to the selected NGOs only and Sammaan Foundation reserves the right to allocate the work as per their requirement.
- Sammaan Foundation holds the right to cancel the application invitation notice without giving any reasons.
