“ Supply Of Sanitary Napkins & Sanitary Napkin Disposable Pouches Through Vending Machines To Girls Students Of MCGM Schools For The Period 2018-2021”

The Commissioner of Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) invites e-tenders as given below in three Packet systems i.e. Packet –A (Administrative), Packet-B (Technical)& Packet-C(Commercial) from the manufacturers and/or their authorized distributors/dealers/agents. The tender copy can be downloaded from MCGM‟s portal (http://www.mcgm.gov.in ) under e – procurement section after the online payment of scrutiny fee.

All interested bidders whether already registered or not registered in MCGM are mandated to get registered with MCGM for e-tendering process & obtain login credentials to participate in the online bidding process. The details of the same are available on the above mentioned portal under „Tenders‟ tab. Instructions to Vendors participating in e-Tendering for the supply of General items to MCGM.

1. The e-Tendering process of MCGM is enabled through its Portal „http://mcgm.gov.in‟.

2. All the tender notices including e-Tender notices will be published under the „Tenders‟ section of MCGM Portal.

3. All the information documents are published under the „e-Procurement‟ section of MCGM Portal.

4. All interested vendors, are required to be registered with MCGM for e-Tendering process. Vendors not registered with MCGM before can apply on-line by clicking the link „Vendor Registration‟ under the „e-Procurement‟ section of MCGM Portal, Vendors already registered with MCGM need to contact helpdesk to extend their registration to e-Tendering process Only Sanitary Napkin Manufacturers and/or Sanitary Napkin Vending Machine Manufacturers and/or their authorized distributors/dealers/agents are eligible to submit the tender.

If the bidder is Sanitary Napkin Vending Machine Manufacturer, he should submit Annexure-3a and Annexure-4a and the appropriate, valid and current authority letter from Sanitary Napkin Manufacturer as per the pro-forma given in Annexure-3b, 4c.

If the bidder is Sanitary Napkin Manufacturer, he should submit Annexure-3a and Annexure-4a and the appropriate, valid and current authority letter from Sanitary Napkin Vending Machine Manufacturer as per the pro-forma given in Annexure-3b, 4b.

If the bidder is authorized distributor/dealer of Sanitary Napkin Manufacturers /Sanitary Napkin Vending Machine Manufacturer, he should submit Annexure-3a, 4d and the appropriate, valid and current authority letters from both the Sanitary Napkin Vending Machine Manufacturer and Sanitary Napkin Manufacturer as per the pro-forma given in Annexure-3b, 4b and 4c.

Submission of Tender samples:

After opening of Commercial bid, Lowest tenderer must submit duly labelled & sealed 10 no.s of Sanitary napkins along with Sanitary napkins pouches as per tender specifications and Information brochure and technical specifications of Sanitary Napkin Vending Machine, which they have uploaded in Packet B, within 7 working days from the date of intimation, in the office of Dy. Chief Engineer (CPD), 566, N.M.Joshi Marg, Byculla(W), Mumbai-400 011,/or in the place intimated by this office, failing which it will be open to the department to consider the tender as NonResponsive and EMD of the said tenderer will be forfeited.
