Sealed item rate tenders for the following work are invited in Two Bid system i.e. Part-I Consisting of E.M.D., and Techno Commercial Bid, and Part-II consisting of Price Bid from Financially sound and experienced Contractors:

Name of work: Construction of Girl’s Toilets in government schools in Bamori & Guna  Blocks in Aspirational District - Guna under CSR Scheme of NFL.

Edibility Criteria:

The contractor should have experience of execution of civil works during last 7 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following:

• Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 33.15 lakhs or
• Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.  41.44 lakhs or
• One similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 66.30 lakhs
• Average annual financial turn over during the last three years, ending 31st  March 2018 should be at least Rs. 24.86 Lakhs

NFL reserves its right to accept/reject any or all tenders or split up the work between two or more agencies without assigning any reason thereof. Earnest Money Deposit of unsuccessful tenderers shall be refunded after the finalization of the award of the work. NFL shall not be responsible for the delay of tenders sent through post or courier services. Tenderer may depute their accredited representative at the time of opening of tenders who may like to be present.

Tender documents can be downloaded from the website of NFL (www.nationalfertilizers.com ) and CPP portal however the cost of tender documents is to be submitted in the form of Demand Draft or online transaction as described above at the time of submission of tender document.
