RFP for Consultancy for Environmental Impact Assessment,Environmental Management Plan and Social Impact Assessment or Capacity Augmentation of National Waterways

The Project Director, Project Management Unit, IWAI, invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to submit their interest to provide Consultancy services for Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) for Capacity Augmentation of National Waterway-1 (JMVP) as per the Terms of Reference mentioned in the EOI document.

Last date & Time for EOI Submission 30.11.2017 ( 15.00 hrs)

Eligibility of Consultants / Bidders

Consultant should have been engaged in conducting similar activities for the past 3 years – copy of Certificate of Completions to be submitted along with the EOI.

a) Consultant should have a minimum financial turnover of INR 150 lakh during any of the last 5 years – CA certified declaration for last 5 years to be submitted along with the EOI.

b) Consultant should have completed 4 studies of similar / related work during last 3 years indicating the Scope of work, Date of commencement, Date of completion, Brief synopsis of the assignment under taken, Client’s details to be submitted. Similar/related works may include: EIA, SIA, EMP and RAP

c) Consultant should have a minimum of 25 employees on its payroll – Declaration to be submitted.

d) Profile of the Persons likely to be deployed for this Assignment. Please enclose details of methodology to be adopted - the Team Size & CV of the Team Leader & others

 The Consultant shall enclose with its EOI , to be submitted as per the format at Annexure-III , complete with its Annexes, the following:

(a) Certificate(s) confirming the Organisational details

(b) Certificate(s) from its statutory auditors specifying Financial Turn Over

(c) Certificate of on roll employees

(d) Profile of the proposed team likely to be deployed

(e) Certificate(s) confirming that the Consultant has completed similar works.
