Introduction

Government of Gujarat has taken skill development initiative across the state under Gujarat Industrial Policy, 2015: Scheme for Enhancement of Technical Competence and Manpower. With this objective, “Scheme for enhancement of technical competence and manpower” has been introduced. The Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (CED) has been appointed as the nodal agency for smooth implementation of the scheme.

Scope of Work

The scope of work of the Third Party Monitoring agency for Evaluation and “Performance Audit” of various Skill development activity would be to Skill development center evaluation, physical center visits in every quarter, participate in local meetings being held at centers, surprise visits, submission of evaluation & performance audit report and provide strategic inputs for overall performance improvement of center.                                               

Eligibility Criteria

The Applicant shall be Agencies/Public Trust/Evaluation Agency which are having at least 3 years of experience of working preferably with State Governments/Government of India in Skill development domain, with valid registration/recognition under Companies Act/Registered Firm/ Proprietorship/Co-operative/Societies Registration Act/state/central Govt. authority in India from state/central Govt. of India.
