Eligibility of the Bidders

• An eligible Bidder must be a legal entity in the form of Proprietorship Firm / Partnership Firm / Private Limited Company / Public Limited Company / LLP/ Society / Trust / Association / Educational Institution/ State or Central Government.
• Has an average annual turnover of INR 25 lakh or more from skill development & placement linked programs in the past three consecutive years (2014-15, 2015-16, 2016- 17). Agency is required to submit copy of audited financials for the last three consecutive years.
• An eligible bidder must be registered on or before 31.03.2013
• An eligible Bidder must not have been blacklisted by any State Government/ Central Government / Donor Agency
