RFP for Engagement of consultancy services for “Impact Assessment of the pilot investments under ICZM Project – West Bengal”

The Government of India (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of Integrated Coastal Zone Management Project (ICZMP) in West Bengal, and intends to apply a portion of fund to eligible payments under the contracts for which the Expression of Interest is issued.

SPMU – West Bengal, ICZM Project intends to assess the impact of the pilot investments that are either completed or nearing completion for which ICZM Project intends to engage consultancy services from eligible firms and universities. The intended consultancy will involve extensive data collection and research using both qualitative and quantitative methods.

The short listing criteria are:

1. Experience of the organization in Impact Assessment (broachers, description of minimum three assignment undertaken by the Consultant and Infrastructure/Laboratory facilities available with them which are essential to carry out such assignment),
2. Experience in conducting similar assignment,
3. Financial capability of last three years,
4. General Qualification, experience and number of key personnel appropriate for the assignment
