E-Tenders are invited by RITES Ltd. (A Government of India Enterprise), in single packet system for Environmental Impact Assessment Study and CRZ Study for the proposed Ramayapatnam Port at Prakasam District of Andhra Pradesh State.

Introduction:

RITES Ltd., a Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, from the shortlisted accredited body / organization of NABET (under Sector 33 for Ports, Harbours, Breakwaters and Dredging) for conducting EIA and CRZ studies in the Ports Sector (Category A) as per the Ministry of the Environment and Forest (MoEF) Guidelines for the work of Detailed Environmental Impact Assessment Study and CRZ Study for the proposed Ramayapatnam Port at Prakasam District of Andhra Pradesh State

Brief Scope of Work:

Carrying out the Detailed Environmental Impact Assessment Study including preparation and carrying out necessary CRZ Studies, Conducting Public Hearings as per MOEF guidelines and obtaining all approvals from all the concerned State and Central Government bodies for setting up the proposed Ramayapatnam Port at Prakasam District of Andhra Pradesh State.

This work shall broadly include carrying out a) Detailed Environmental Impact Assessment b) Necessary CRZ mapping including obtaining all necessary approvals from MOEF for setting up and commencing operations of the port.

Preparation of Bids

Bidder should take into account any corrigendum published on the tender document before submitting their bids.

Bidder is advised to go through the tender advertisement/NIT and the tender document carefully to understand the documents required to be submitted as part of the bid. Bidder may please note the number of covers in which the bid documents have to be submitted, the number of documents – including the names and content of each of the document that need to be submitted. Any deviations from these may lead to rejection of the bid.

Submission of Bids:

Bid can be submitted only during validity of registration of bidder with CPPP EProcurement Portal.

Bidder should log into the site well in advance for bid submission so that they can upload the bid in time i.e. on or before the bid submission time. Bidder will be responsible for any delay due to other issues.

The Bidder has to digitally sign and upload the required bid documents one by one as indicated in the tender document.
