RFP for For Selection Of Agency/Organisation For Conducting Community Led Total Sanitation (CLTS) Program

Introduction

The modern city of Bhubaneswar was designed by the German architect Otto Konigsberger in 1946 and is one of the first planned cities of India. The city, with an abundance of greenery and an efficient civic body has become one of the cleanest and greenest cities of the country. It topped the list in the 'Smart City Challenge', an initiative by the Government of India to drive economic growth and improve the quality of life of people in urban areas.

Objectives

The agency selected through this RFP will work towards the objective of making Salia Sahi area Open Defecation Free through engagement of the key stakeholders in the CLTS approach.

Eligibility Criteria

• The Agency/organization should have at least 5 years of experience in implementing the CLTS based ODF programs.
• The Agency should have experience of successfully implementing at least one similar project in an urban area.
• The Agency should have an annual average financial turnover of at least Rs. 25 lakhs in the last three years.

Procedure For Submission Of Tender Document

Completed and sealed tender documents should be submitted to Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) by Regd. Post/ Courier as per below mentioned Instruction:
