About Bharti Airtel Foundation 

Bharti Airtel Foundation was set up in the year 2000 as the philanthropic arm of Bharti Enterprises. It implements  and supports programs in primary, secondary and higher education. Since 2006, the flagship, Satya Bharti School  Program has been providing free quality education to thousands of underprivileged children in 173 schools in rural  India across five states, with a focus on the girl child. The impact of quality education has been widened by  transferring the learning and good practices of this program to more than 3 lakh students studying in 800+ partnering  government schools across 11 States/UTs, through Satya Bharti Quality Support Program (QSP), since 2013. Most of  the processes under QSP were found to be pragmatic. Bharti Airtel Foundation was invited by several education officers at district and state level to scale up some of the initiatives through QSP At Scale. The Foundation has  recently launched a new initiative, TheTeacherApp, one of the most innovative technology solution for teachers and  educators in the country. In response to the government’s Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, the Foundation initiated Satya  Bharti Abhiyan from 2014 to 2021 which benefitted over 2 lakh beneficiaries by improving sanitation conditions in  the districts of Punjab. The Foundation has been able to impact nearly 3 million children in a meaningful manner  through its education programs this year. https://bhartifoundation.org/ 

Scope of work 

Olympiads 

Purpose – To test logical reasoning and analytical skills among students. 

Assignment- To create Science and Mathematics question papers based on subject-specific logical  reasoning and analytical thinking (similar to Olympiads) in Grades III to VIII. 

Pattern – 

MCQ-based papers (Application, Analyzing and Reasoning based) 

Work Details  

1. Provide sample question bank for practice for each subject and each grade. 2.

2 sets of Question papers for Science and Mathematics subjects for each grade.

3. Answer Key and explanation of answers. 

4. Provide the results analysis – student-wise, subject-wise, item-wise, grade-wise, school-wise.

5. OMR sheet for marking answers if the tool (reader software) is available for capturing the  answers.

Final Output Format- Microsoft Word. 

Units – 

1- 24 Question papers [2 sets of 12 Question papers (2 subjects X 6 grades)]

2- 12 question banks for practice. 

Evaluation Criteria: 

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria: 

Technical Evaluation  

∙ Relevance of experience and expertise -25 % 

∙ Demonstrated ability to deliver content development on life skills -50 %  

∙ Suitability of proposed course development -25 %  

70 % weightage given to Technical and 30% weightage will be given to cost-effectiveness of the proposed services.

Timeline: 

RFQ Posting Time - 16th May 2024  

Proposal submission deadline - 23nd May 2024 

Evaluation period - 7 - 10 Days 

Announcement of selected Content developer - 31st May 2024 

All the proposal shall have subject “RFP for Pre-Boards Question Paper”
