Request for Proposal (RFP) for development and support of an IT Portal and MIS Mission, Government of Assam.

Assam Skill Development Mission youths to get employment opportunities in a holistic manner. The mission aims that the youths would be trained for skills as per their capabilities & merit and thereby makes them employable. The Mission is setup to bring more focus and coordination to the skill development initiatives.

ASDM needs a dedicated IT Portal & MI to take feedback from participants/people of State & country, to provide skilled manpower through e-market platform and to initiate and coordinate activities related with skilling in entire State covering public & private sector both with factors manners.

Interested firms must compulsorily submit https://assamtenders.gov.in bidder will also have to submit a copy of the response to pre qualification criteria and technical proposal (Financial proposal needs to be submitted through online mode as stated above and no hardcopy submission of financial proposal shall be accepted) along with requisite tender fee and EMD in original form at ASDM office on or before 27th November 11:00 hrs on 28^th  November, 2017 www.asdm.assam.gov.in  or For any query or clarification the interested agency may mail at
