Document/Evidence Required from the Bidder

• The Bidder PIA should be a registered ROC entity in Karnataka and other states under the relevant Act.
• The Bidder PIA should have been in business for a minimum period of 05 years in skill development and training in various department of Karnataka and Govt. of India
• The Bidder PIA should have an average turnover of Rs.10.00 Crores for the last 4 financial years 2013-14, 2014-15 and 2015-16 & 2016-17.
• The Bidder PIA should be affiliated and registered NSDC/Sector Skill
• The Bidder, PIA should be registered with Department of Karnataka Skill Development, Entrepreneurship and Lively Hood
• The Bidder should have conducted skill development training programs for a minimum 5000 candidates every year related to skill development programs for the last 4 years (2013-14, 2014-15 and 2015-16 & 2016-17)
• The Bidder, PIA should have provided at least 50% of employment/confirmation of job opportunity to the trained candidates for the last 4 years (2013-14, 2014-15 and 2015-16 & 2016-17).
• The Bidder, PIA should have conducted JOB Mela/fare at least once in two years
• The Bidder, the PIA should produce list of training centers and across Karnataka State for the year 2013-14, 2014-15 and 2015-16 & 2016-17
• The Bidder, PIA for the year 2013-14, 2014-15 and 2015-16 & 2016-17 should produce relevant documents pertaining to having conducted skill development and training in at least 25 districts out of 30 districts of Karnataka.
• The Bidder, PIA for the year 2013-14, 2014-15 and 2015-16 & 2016-17, at least one training center should be available in each taluk per district.
• The Bidder, the PIA can run the skill development training institute in own or rented/lease premises.
• The Bidder, PIA is prohibited from sub contract/sub lease/out source franchise of the said program.
• The Bidder shall not be blacklisted by any Government agencies/ Utilities/ Departments at the time of bidding.
• The Bidder, the PIA should be compulsorily registered with ISO 9001/2008/2015
• The Bidder, the PIA should have obtained GST (Goods Service Tax) Registration
• The Bidder, the PIA should have obtained PAN (Permanent Account Number) Registration
• The Bidder, the PIA should have obtained TAN (Tax Deduction Account Number) Registration
