RFP for Selection of Creative Agency for production of creative for “Twin Pit Technology’ and “Water Conversation” campaigns

RFP inviting bids under the two system i.e technical and financial bids from interested category A agencies empanelled with DAVP for selection of creative agency for production of creative for “Twin Pit Technology’ and “Water Conversation” campaigns of Ministry of Drinking Water & Sanitation.

General Eligibility:

The category A multi media creative agencies who are on the DAVP panel.

Should not have been black listed/ debarred/ suspended by any Ministry / Department  of State or Central Govt./ PSU

Detailed Minimum Eligibility Criteria:

• The agencies who are empanelled under Catergory A by the DAP will be eligible for participating in this tender enquiry.
• The bidder should have at least four fully functional offices anywhere in India with at least two of these offices being in Metros ( Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai)
• The bidder should have been in operation for a minimum of 5 years in designing/ production of creative/ commercials for various media including print, TV, radio, online, outdoor , etc
• The bidder should have handled at least 2 released campaigns for the Govt/PSUs/ Public Sector Banks costing not less than Rs. 10 crores
