On behalf of the Governor of Tripura, sealed separate Expression of interest in two part system(Technical Bid & Financial Bid) are invited from the registered, bonafied, experience firm equipment traders / authorized dealer/authorized distributor/ authorized agents dealing with supply of Machineries & equipment etc. having trade license as issued by the competent authority for Supply, installation and commissioning of Machineries & equipment etc. related with “ Post Harvest Management Center for vegetable growers under RKVY Scheme at Sataria ( Gokulpur, Udaipur)”.

Details terms & conditions in hard copy will be available on submission of prayer alongwith attested copy of PAN CARD and subsequently on payment of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees One thousand) only in cash (Non refundable) from of the office of the Executive Engineer (Agri), Department of Agriculture, South, Udaipur. The same may be downloaded from the website www.tenders.gov.in. But in that case cost of document i.e. Rs.1,000/-(Rupees One thousand) only should submit with Technical Bid through Demand Draft/ Deposit At Call with validity not less than 6 (Six) Months issued by any Nationalized Bank recognized by the Reserve Bank of India & pledged in favour of the Executive Engineer(Agri), Department of Agriculture, South, Udaipur.

Response will be received in the office of the Executive Engineer (Agri), Department of Agriculture, South,Udaipur, / Office of the Assistant Engineer(Civil), Department of Agriculture, Bagafa, Santirbazar, South Tripura which will be opened (Technical Bid) by the Executive Engineer(Agri), Department of Agriculture, South, Udaipur, on 28/03/2018 at 3.30 P.M. if possible wherein the participant or their authorized representative may also remain present

In addition, the bidder has to submit following documents in the Technical Bid.

  • Authority / Dealership Certificate from the Manufacturer of the products.
  • Technical Literature with detailed specification of the offered product.
  • I.S.I Marking document, where applicable.
  • Document in support of “Brand” of offered product where applicable.
  • Documents related with Guarantee /Warrantee period.

Earnest money will be 01 (One percent) % of quoted amount for each item or in clubbed as the case may be without ceiling limit on any Nationalized bank guaranteed by the Reserve Bank of India should be deposited in the shape of “Deposit at call” / “Demand Draft” in favour of the Executive Engineer (Agri), Department of Agriculture, South, Udaipur, having validity not less than 6 (Six) months. The Earnest Money must be submitted along with the Technical Bid. Earnest Money in any other form will not be accepted.
