Background:

UNICEF promotes the rights and wellbeing of every child, in everything we do. Together with our partners, we work in 190 countries and territories to translate that commitment into practical action, focusing special effort on reaching the most vulnerable and excluded children.

Purpose:

The Purpose of this Request for Proposal for Services is to invite proposals for Establishment of Long-Term Arrangement for the provision of capacity building.

Objectives:

The purpose of this TOR is to establish Long-Term Agreement for Capacity development, handholding support to government counterparts.

Duty station:

The programmes will be run in any of the states where UNICEF has a presence as noted above. The agency will have to provide for their own office space and logistical arrangement, unless otherwise specified in the specific ToRs that will be issued once the LTA(s) are in place.

Scope of work:

The agencies on the LTA panel will be expected to provide a range of services as highlighted under the scope of work below. The scope of work is divided into three lots:

• Capacity development
• Handholding support
• Knowledge management, data collection and analysis

Submission Deadline:

The deadline for submission of proposals is as follows: 10^th April 2019.
