Eligibility Criteria

All firms regd on CPP Portal and dealing with Purchase equipments for Digital Transformation in Training using Augmented and Virtual Reality are eligible provided their firm comply to eligibility criteria as given in RFP which can be downloaded from CPP Portal.

Bid Submission End Date: 19 Feb 18 12:00hrs

Bid Opening start Date: 19 Feb 18 12:30 hrs

Bid Submission Start Date: 08 Feb 18 12:30 hrs

Bidders are required to spell out the rates of Customs duty, Excise duty, sales tax, in unambiguous terms, otherwise their offers will be loaded with the maximum rates of duties and taxes for the purpose of comparison of Items.

Performance: Tenders who have made supplies of the item in the past should submit their performance statement indicating details quantity ordered, D/P (original) dates of supplies made and should enclose copies of inspection notes in support of the supplies made. Firms not submitting their performance statement would be treated as untried. These can be scanned and uploaded as “Additional Documents” by the vendor at the time of bid submission.
