The Executive Engineer (C), Postal Civil Division, 1st Floor, R.TNagar HPO, Bangalore invites on behalf of the President of India, sealed percentage rate tenders for the following works from eligible contractors from the approved list of DOP/DOT,CPWD, MES,BSNL, Railways, Local state PWD(B&R),eligible for tendering in respective State PWD(B&R)for building works.

Name of work: Providing toilet for differently abled persons at Indiranagar PO, BG East Dvn, Bangalore.

Estimated cost: Rs. 1,84,678/-

Time allowed: Two months

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): Rs.3,694/-

Tender cost (Rs.): Rs. 590/-

Eligibility Criteria

• The contractor is required to submit the work completion certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer, clearly stipulating the “Date of start, stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion and status of EOT, in case of delay, whether sanctioned with levy of compensation or without levy of compensation”. The completion certificate without these details shall not be considered and tender shall be rejected. It is also clarified that the work for which levy of compensation has been imposed shall not be considered as satisfactorily completed work
• All intending tenderers should have completed satisfactorily similar building works under Central Government /State Government/ Public sector undertakings as under:
  • At least 3 works costing not less than 40% of Estimated cost each OR
  • Two works costing not less than 60% of Estimated cost each OR
  • One work costing not less than 80% of Estimated cost (rounded off to the Nearest multiple of Rs.1000/-) in the last seven years ending last day of the month previous to one in which the tenders were invited.
• The eligible contractors are required to submit Copy of Certificate of Registration of GST(Provisional/Final) without which the tender will be rejected.

Last date of receipt of application (in the prescribed format) for participation in tender- 19.02.2018(up to 1600 Hrs) along with tender cost of Rs. 590/- (non-refundable) per set at the time of submission of application form.

The applicant will submit his credentials required to establish his eligibility & work experience conditions to the Assistant Engineer(C) before the last date of receipt of application

The blank tender documents can be had from the office of EXECUTIVE ENGINEER up to 1600 Hours on or before 19.02.2018 on every working days.
