No. CAT-2017/Pra.Kra-8/Bldg-2, dt. 12/4/2017 and Govt. Corrigendum Regulation No. CAT-2017/Pra.Kra-8/Bldg-2 dt. 29/6/2017 in B-1 Tender format.

The offer of the Contractor shall remain valid for acceptance for a minimum period of 75 days from the date fixed for opening of Envelope  No. 2 (Main Tender) and thereafter until it is withdrawn by the Contractor by notice in writing duly addresses to the authority opening the tender and send by Registered Post Acknowledgement Due

Obtaining the Digital Certificate: The Bid Data that is prepared online is required to be encrypted and the hash value of the bid Data is required to be signed electronically using a Digital Certificate (Class - II or Class - III).

The Digital Certificates are issued by an approved Certifying Authority authorized by the Controller of Certifying Authorities of Government of India through their Authorized Representatives upon receipt of documents required to obtain a Digital Certificate

The First Online Envelope No. 1 shall contain the following documents:

• Forwarding Letter
• Earnest Money of Rs. 9000/- (Rupees Nine Thousand only) shall be paid via online using payment gateway mode
• Scanned copy of valid certificate as a Registered Contractor with the Government of Maharashtra in Public Works Department in appropriate class
• Details of Income Tax circle or Ward of the district in which the tenderer is assessed to Income tax and Tenderer's Pan Card Number.
• Scanned copy of valid Good and Service Tax registration certificate from Maharashtra State Tax Department
• Scanned copy of a list of required machinery and plants immediately available with the tenderer for use on this work and list of machinery proposed to be utilized on this work but not immediately available and manner in which it is proposed to be procured
• Details of work done during last three years with the value of work unfinished
• Details of list of works in hand and works tendered for
• Details of Technical Personnel on the rolls of the Tenderer
• Scanned copy of Registered Partnership Deed, memorandum of Articles of Association, if the tenderer is a Partnership Firm, Joint stock company and Power of Attorney and Firm Registration Certificate if any
• Scanned copy of Affidavit in respect of genuineness of documents contained in Envelope No. 1
• Scanned copy of declaration of Contractor
• Scanned copy of Professional tax Registration and clearance certificate in form PTR/PTE
