The Executive Engineer, BSNL Civil Division, Akola on behalf of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (A Govt. of India Enterprise), invites online item rate e-tenders on single bid system, from approved and eligible contractors of BSNL and non – BSNL contractors registered with other public works organizations like CPWD, MH PWD (B&R), DOP, MES & Railways for following work:

Estimated cost put to bid: Rs 2,01,595/- (Rupees Two Lacs One Thousand Five Hundred Ninty Five Only)

Earnest Money: Rs 4,032/- (Rupees Four Thousand and Thirty Two Only)

Earnest Money of Rs 4,032/- (Rupees Four Thousand and Thirty Two Only) in Banker’s cheque / fixed deposit receipt / Demand draft of a scheduled bank issued in favour of ‘Accounts Officer (Cash), BSNL, Akola’, payable at ‘Akola’.

Eligibility Criteria:

Criteria of eligibility for issue of tender documents for non-BSNL registered contractors of public works organizations like CPWD, MHPWD, DOP, MES & Railways only.

• For works up to Rs. 7 lakhs – NIL
• For works above Rs. 7 lakhs and upto Rs.2.5 Cr. and all specialized works irrespective of its cost, the applicant should have completed the works as per details below during the last seven years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which the tenders are invited
• Three similar completed works costing not less than --- - OR
• Two similar completed works costing not less than --- -OR
• One similar completed works costing not less than ----
• For the purpose of this clause ‘similar works’ means the works of building works
• The contractor shall invariably furnish GST & EPF registration certificate at the time of entering into agreement.
• In case agency fails to submit GST /EPF registration certificate for the work under the agreement, he may be allowed to enter in to the agreement on production of Indemnity bond certificate in favour of BSNL against any GST & EPF liability. Failure to comply the condition stated above, full EMD will be forfeited in favour of BSNL & no claim what so ever shall be entertained on this account.
• The contractor shall also furnish proof of identity like PAN card.
• The contractor shall issue an invoice/ challan along with every RA bill/final bill as per GST Rules.

The time allowed for carrying out the work, will be 2 (Two ) month from the date of start as defined in schedule ‘F’ or from the first date of handing over of the site, whichever is later, in accordance with the phasing, if any, indicated in the bid documents.

Cost of Bid Document – Banker’s Cheque / Demand Draft Amounting to Rs 590/- (Rupees Five Hundred and Ninty Only) drawn in favour of ‘Accounts Officer (Cash), BSNL, Akola’, payable at ‘Akola’.
