Cost of Tender Documents: Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) in the form of Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque Drawn in favour of CCE (R&D) Delhi, payable at Delhi. Scanned copy shall be uploaded online and original to be submitted offline to this office before due date of opening of Cover No. 1.

Amount of Earnest Money: Rs.1,28,360/- (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Eight Thousand Three Hundred Sixty only) in the form of DD/Banker’s Cheque/FDR from any Schedule Bank in favour of CCE(R&D)Delhi, payable at Delhi.

Eligibility Criteria: Enlisted Consultants in DCW&E (DRDO) vide letter No. DCW&E/04/C-32606/135/Cons dated 18 Feb 2015, 04 Aug 2015, 29 Dec 2015, 04 Jan 2016 and 12 Sep 2016 who fulfills the following eligibility criteria only shall apply.

• Average Annual Financial turnover during the last 03 years, ending 31st March 2017, should be at least Rs.19.20 lakh i.e. 30% of the estimated cost. Scanned copies of certificate from Chartered Accountant (CA) to be uploaded online in cover no. 1
• The bidder should not have incurred any loss during the last two financial years ending 31 March 2017. A certificate on attached proforma signed by the Chartered Accountant (CA) should be uploaded on this aspect
• The bidder should have satisfactorily completed:-
  • At least three similar Project Management Consultancy projects of Rs.25.60 lakh or above each in the past 7 years ending 31st Mar 2017 i.e. 40% of the estimated cost. OR
  • At least two similar Project Management Consultancy projects of Rs.32.00 lakh or above each in the past 7 years ending 31st Mar 2017 i.e. 50% of the estimated cost. OR
  • At least one similar Project Management Consultancy projects of Rs.51.20 lakh or above in the past 7 years ending 31st Mar 2017 i.e. 80% of the estimated cost.
• Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 7 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which biddes are invited (i.e. 31 st March 2018) should be either of the following shall be uploaded online in cover No. 1
• The firms should have executed 01 similar work each of value not less than the amount equal to 40% (i.e. Rs.25.60 lakhs) of the estimated cost put to tender with some Central Government Department / State Government Department / Central Autonomous Body / State Autonomous Body / Central Public Sector Undertaking / State Public Sector Undertaking / City Development Authority / Municipal Corporation of City formed under any Act by Central / State Government and published in Central / State Gazette.
• The value of executed work shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bid.
• In addition to above criteria the bidder shall have Minimum experience in providing design services to similar type of projects shall be minimum 05 years.
