On behalf of the President of India, Estate Manager, Estate Management Unit (R&D), Armament Estate, Pashan, Pune invites online item-rate e-tender from the valid enlisted contractors/agencies with EMU (R&D), Pashan, Pune for the following work, documents are to be submitted on line to the central public procurement portal web site https://eprocure.gov.in in two covers system before the prescribed date and time using the valid Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) obtained from the authorized agencies of NIC.

Tenderer/Contractors are advised to follow the instructions provided in the instructions to Tenderer’ for the e-submission of the bids online through the Central Public Procurement Portal for eprocurement at https:/eprocure.gov.in before proceeding with the tender.

Language

Tender including tender drawings, if any and other information shall be prepared and submitted in English language.

Eligibility Criteria

Agencies must mention their valid enlistment No. with DCWE, New Delhi, or CCE (R&D) Estates, Hyderabad in the appropriate class and category.

Evaluation of document shall be done on the basis of the submitted document and the original copies of EMD, Cost of Tender document, Integrity pact, letter of transmittal and affidavit etc, as indicated in the NIT. The bidder will also submit the scanned copies of the above documents in the portal. However, the committee will evaluate the techno-commercial part based on the hard copy submitted by the form by due date. If any of requisite documents is not found in the hard copy, the same may be evaluated based on the soft copies submitted in the portal except the original copies of EMD, Cost of tender document and any other document when particularly asked for wr to the above tender. In any case, price bids shall not be submitted in hard copy.
