RFP for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Smart Class Room

Separate sealed tenders are invited from the Manufacturers / Authorized dealers for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Smart Class Room. The tenderers are required to submit their quotation in Technical Bid and (BOQ) Commercial Bid separately.

Commercial bids of those firms will be opened who qualify after the evaluation of Technical Bid. The date of opening of Commercial Bids will be informed to the technically qualified firms.

The competent authority of Rajkiya Engineering College, Sonbhadra reserves the right to reject/cancel any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

The cost of Tender Document is Rs. 500/- (Non-refundable), which should be paid by means of Bank Draft favouring Director, Rajkiya Engineering College, Sonbhadra, payable at Churk or Robertsganj.

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD):

An Earnest Money to be Deposited Rs. 70,000/- payable through an A/C Payee Demand Draft /Bank Guaranty/FDR drawn in favour of Director, Rajkiya Engineering College, Sonbhadra from any of the scheduled banks. It should be uploaded along with the Technical Bid. The original tender document fee and EMD to be sent at our postal address or by hand in office. These documents should reach our office before opening of the bids. If tender document fee and EMD are not received before opening of technical bids, the Technical bids of such vendors shall not be opened

Validity

The duration of validity of Tenders/Quotations shall be 90 days from the date of opening of the tenders.

No interest shall be payable on the amount of earnest money and the same shall be released within 30 days to the tenderers who fails to qualify after finalization of the tenders.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The company must be registered under company’s act. Please enclose copy of the incorporation certificate.
  • At least two or more similar nature of work should be executed in Education Institutes. Necessary documents must be enclosed along with the bid.
  • Bidder’s annual turnover must be at least Rs. 5.0 corers during each of the last 3 financial years. Please attach copies of audited balance sheets.
  • Bidder must submit the MAF from the OEM’s of Smart Class Room for participating in the bid and support commitment from OEM for the Warranty period.
  • A commitment from the Bidder/OEM to provide the spare parts to REC for the period of 5 years from the date of acceptance of equipment (Smart Class Room) must be submitted in writing.
  • The Bidder should not have been blacklisted or banned by any State / Central Government Department or PSU. Please enclose the notarised affidavit, otherwise Bid shall be rejected
  • The bidder should be in the business of supply, installation & commissioning of Smart Class Rooms for at least two years. Proof of the same must be enclosed with the technical bid. Please enclose copy of the GST registration certificate with technical bid.
  • List of Smart Class Room/Virtual Class Room orders received in last 5 years from UP State Government/Central Government Departments/Institutions/ PSUs.
  • All relevant documents must be enclosed with the tender at the time of bid submission. Committee will not entertain any documents at the time of evaluation after the bid opening.
